We have a large inventory of new OEM Genuine turbochargers.
1-Turbocharger is completely dissasembled.
2-All parts are cleamed using glass bead and aluminum oxide sandblasting.
3-Turbine shaft is polished and measured, if it's out of specs, we replace the turbine shaft
4-Bearing housing is polished and measured
5-Turbine wheel are balanced to our strict specs 0.005 g./sq inch which is up to 10x less than OEM specs.
6- Parts are painted using VHT paint (resist 2000F).
7- Housings and carthridge are machined to avoid leaking problems
8- Internal rotating parts are replaced
9- Turbochargers are assembled
10- The unit is tested on our VSR balancing equipment
11- Housings are installed and turbo is given a serial number
